Meditex is a range of hollow spindle double and single covered elastic yarns developed for the medical compression hosiery and bandage market. The yarns are used in UK Class 1, 2 and 3 compression hosiery as well as surgical anti-embolism hosiery. Yarns are also made for anti-DVT (Flight Socks) hosiery.
